Return Policy

Satisfaction is guaranteed in my music studio.

If a family who attends a class of mine expresses to me privately their dissatisfaction with a certain class on a given date, we will work for complete resolution.

If a solution cannot be found, I will be happy to refund the paid tuition, starting with the class about which dissatisfaction was expressed through the rest of the semester, as desired.

The materials fee cannot be refunded, as these materials are for personal use, and a cancellation fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund, a fee that is waived if paying for the full semester.

The refund will be in the form of the original payment such as check, credit card or cash.
